The PEAK Achievement Awards are presented annually by the York Builders Association and recognize excellence in all aspects of the building industry in York County.

The Best Green Home is a single-story brick custom home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an oversized 3-car garage. This home is First Energy HERS rated and is predicted to save 3,233 kWh over a standard new home. The Best Green Home was sponsored by the Pennsylvania Energy Efficient New Homes Program. “The clients that we’re building for are seeing energy efficiency and green features as more important because they see the impact it has on future generations,” said Justin Henry, who works in the business with his father, Jeffrey Henry.
