One entire side of this large home was damaged – termite damage, rotted wood and windows. Some of the work in this remodel was necessary and some cosmetc..

This custom kitchen renovation, completed in 2017, transforms an outdated, farmhouse style kitchen to a much larger, more open and appealing layout. The combination Laundry & Mud Room, adjacent to the Kitchen, was also updated creating a beautiful flow of work spaces. Some features include custom kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, over sized island, stainless steel appliances, beverage center, porcelain farm sink & over sized ceramic tile flooring.

Custom kitchen remodel project completed in 2018. We began with a 1950’s cape cod kitchen and the goal was to introduce a more open layout while creating more storage & additional work space. A portion of an existing wall was removed to create the bar area which resulted in a usable corner for base and top cabinets. Stone was added to the backside of the bar for added texture & the laundry was relocated from the basement to the 1st Fl. Features include luxury vinyl tile (plank) flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, subway tile backsplash & KitchenAid Black Stainless appliances.
