Our Apartment Complex Manager of over 20 years is retiring!
We are seeking a full-time Apartment Complex Manager for our apartment complexes in York County, PA.
Required responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advertise and show apartments to prospective tenants
- Process rental applications and negotiate new leases with tenants
- Collect rent and security deposits from tenants and track accounts
- Coordinate and communicate with tenants, Apartment Complex Maintenance Worker, and landlord
- Help prepare vacant apartments for occupancy as needed
- Handle all administrative and financial tasks related to apartment complex
- Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidate should have:
- Attention to detail
- Must have general knowledge of bookkeeping & math
- A working knowledge of tenant laws
- Computer literacy – knowledge of QuickBooks & Excel preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
